About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a Full Time Plant Production position at our Flint Warehouse. This is a FIRST SHIFT position: 7:30am - 4pm, Monday-Friday. The pay is $15.00 an hour and includes a 20% discount at Goodwill Mid Michigan stores.

Requirements

• Work well on a team
• Can lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help
• Can reach, bend and stoop
• Able to stand six to eight hours a day
• Ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques
• Can move a 275 pound cart/rack utilizing mechanical support
• Pleasant, cheerful and professional

Responsibilities

• Achieve production standards for tasks assigned
• Maintain and monitor all functions of the baler, keeping it free of excess merchandise.
• Meet hourly goals with tenacity and precision
