Requirements

6 + Years of Experience in Injection Molding Processing
6 + Years in Plastics Injection Molding
Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Review production schedules and identify immediate process challenges.
Conduct root cause analyses of production issues and collaborate with production teams to implement effective solutions.
Perform regular production floor assessments to gather real-time data for continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and share insights, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Engage with various departments to drive enhancements in efficiency and product quality.
Foster a culture of innovation and improvement through a proactive approach.
