Requirements

  • 6 + Years of Experience in Injection Molding Processing
  • 6 + Years in Plastics Injection Molding
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review production schedules and identify immediate process challenges.
  • Conduct root cause analyses of production issues and collaborate with production teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Perform regular production floor assessments to gather real-time data for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and share insights, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Engage with various departments to drive enhancements in efficiency and product quality.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and improvement through a proactive approach.
