About The Position

This role is based in Beloit, WI, and is an on-site position. The Plant Planner will be part of a creative, solution-oriented team focused on achieving greatness and making a real impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including IBP, ECC, and ePPDS.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Effective communication skills in business English, with strong collaboration capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SAP or planning tools.
  • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
  • Strong expertise in capacity planning, inventory optimization, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface between Site Operations, Manufacturing Technology, and Supply Chain Planning, ensuring effective daily collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with plant capacity, constraints, and demand requirements.
  • Convert planned orders into executable process orders and ensure readiness for production.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans based on real-time production performance and changes.
  • Optimize production schedules considering material availability, operational priorities, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate planning activities with maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and operational constraints.
  • Identify and proactively resolve issues related to inventory, raw materials, quality, and plant performance.
  • Ensure continuous communication of schedule updates and risks across stakeholders.
