Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning, operations, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of supply planning principles and inventory management concepts
  • Hands‑on experience using SAP in a planning or manufacturing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in a business environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic, operations‑driven setting

  • Experience in process manufacturing, food, chemical, or ingredients industries
  • Exposure to toll or contract manufacturing networks
  • Demonstrated a continuous improvement mindset with a data‑driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain daily and weekly detailed production schedules using SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) across the planning horizon
  • Manage production schedules in alignment with business strategy, balancing cost, capacity, inventory, production rates, and asset uptime
  • Serve as the primary interface between manufacturing, supply chain planning, and customer service to ensure schedule alignment and customer delivery
  • Monitor, maintain, and close process orders accurately to support system integrity and reliable planning data
  • Identify, communicate, and actively support the resolution of inventory, customer order, quality, and capacity issues as they arise
  • Maintain and update SAP master data to support scheduling accuracy and available‑to‑promise (ATP) processes
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators, including production‑to‑plan, capacity loading, inventory levels, delivery performance, and slow‑moving or obsolete inventory
  • Coordinate finished goods logistics, including delivery scheduling, production documentation, and execution of physical inventory audits with SAP reconciliation
