Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and maintain industrial equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment or process issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to work independently and adapt to changing production priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet all applicable job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient production.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance activities on plant systems.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and operational records.
