About The Position

American Construction Metals (ACM), a rapidly growing manufacturing strategic business unit of ABC Supply, is currently seeking an experienced Process Engineer. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and logistics Ensure compliance with safety standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement Oversee and maintain the plant’s quality management system, including ISO compliance Hire, develop, and manage manufacturing staff (training, performance, corrective actions) Manage production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency Address customer and product quality issues, including corrective action processes Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste Partner with sales and branch teams on product and service-related needs Manage plant budget, forecasting, and cost control initiatives Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational performance and profitability

Requirements

• Full P&L responsibility for a manufacturing operation
• Turnaround or restructuring environments
• ISO compliance and certification processes
• Six Sigma or LEAN certification (Green or Black Belt)
• ERP systems (JD Edwards)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Capacity planning, inventory control, and production scheduling
