This position is responsible for championing a safety culture, establishing processes for mechanical needs, organizing preventive maintenance, executing production schedules, and providing guidance to shift leaders. Additionally, the role involves managing inventory, interviewing and authorizing personnel actions, leading problem-solving initiatives for product issues, ensuring successful new product launches, auditing facility compliance with GMP standards, and developing the knowledge and skills of staff. The role also drives project execution and may require mandatory overtime.
