The Plant Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations across mechanical and electrical assembly, warehouse, and production planning. This role owns plant performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Inventory, and People. The manager will lead production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce allocation to meet customer demand, while optimizing production flow, labor utilization, material availability, warehouse operations, and plant capacity. Ensuring effective material flow and inventory accuracy from receiving through production and shipment is key. The role involves establishing and monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. Partnership with HR on staffing, employee development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness is required. Compliance with EHS, OSHA, quality, and company requirements is essential. The manager will drive cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and HR, and lead production ramp-up, capacity expansion, and operational improvement initiatives. Regular updates on plant performance, capacity, and risks will be provided to senior management.
