About The Position

Join our immersive 11-week internship designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to industry leaders. This program offers industry exposure with real-world project experience, skill development and building workshops, career development and support, insight into our company culture, and leadership engagement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor's or graduate degree program majoring in Occupational Safety, Ergonomics, Human Factors, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture or Business- related major.
• All academic majors encouraged to apply.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Resume Required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to peers, managers, and senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed to collect data; occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Willingness to build relationships with mentors, peers, and professionals to expand industry knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an ergonomics improvement study.
• Collect and interpret data.
• Form hypotheses.
• Recommend long-term solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Follow all departmental and company safety protocols.
• Wear appropriate PPE when required.
