You will provide administrative and operational coordination support to the General Manager, plant leadership, and Head of Operations – Americas at our Urbana, OH facility. This role supports key plant activities, employee and visitor needs, site events, U.S. travel administration, and executive meetings while serving as an important point of coordination across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and effectively support employees, visitors, customers, and senior leaders.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, executive support, or a similar role
Experience supporting senior leadership in a global manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Business Management or a related field preferred
SAP experience a plus
Experience with travel management systems such as Concur preferred

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager, plant leadership, and Head of Operations – Americas
Coordinate plant and executive meetings, presentations, reports, agendas, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, and follow-up activities
Support plant operations including employee and visitor coordination, new hire activities, site records, office supplies, and employee programs
Coordinate customer visits, global visitors, site events, and employee engagement activities
Serve as the U.S. Travel Administrator, supporting the Concur travel portal, travel arrangements, policy compliance, and travel-related questions
Manage executive travel, itineraries, logistics, and weekly expense reporting for the Head of Operations – Americas
Coordinate communications and information across plant leadership and internal and external stakeholders
Handle confidential employee, operational, and executive information with professionalism and discretion
