About The Position

The Plant Operations Coordinator supports daily operations across production, distribution, and supply chain within the facility. This role works closely with the Production Manager to help coordinate activities, maintain workflow, and ensure alignment across teams. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on execution, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced plant environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems or inventory systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Plant/Production Manager in coordinating daily operational activities
  • Act as a point of coordination between production, warehouse, and supply chain teams
  • Assist with production scheduling, order prioritization, and material flow
  • Help identify and escalate operational issues or delays
  • Support inventory tracking, material availability, and order accuracy
  • Maintain and update data in ERP systems (production, inventory, orders)
  • Assist in tracking key metrics (output, on-time shipping, etc.)
  • Provide floor support to ensure daily priorities are executed
  • Communicate updates and help ensure alignment across teams
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies
