About The Position

This position is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant control processing equipment. The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork. The candidate must be willing to work in adverse conditions, including extreme weather and frequent contact with grease and dirt. Basic computer skills and consistent, reliable attendance are essential. The role also involves understanding plant designs and processes, reading blueprints and schematics, and performing various maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in adverse conditions (extreme heat, cold, dust, rain, snow, wind, grease, dirt).
• Must possess or obtain Wyoming Mine Foreman certification within one year of accepting position.
• Basic computer skills.
• Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Plant and/or general heavy maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant control processing equipment.
• Repairing steel cable and fabric conveyor belts.
• Machining (lathe, milling machine, etc.).
• Welding/fabrication.
• Hydraulic work (hydraulic motors, pumps, etc.).
• Equipment operation (forklifts, man-lifts, etc.).
• Understanding plant designs and processes with plant equipment and facilities.
• Reading and/or using blueprints and schematics.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.
