Plant Material Planner
About The Position
Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Plant Material Planner to join their supply chain management team. This role is crucial for ensuring the alignment of production line delivery with minimum stock targets and logistics costs. The Plant Material Planner will be responsible for building and following up the procurement program, managing supplier delivery performance and logistics partners' service, achieving the transportation program and scheme, directing packaging management, ensuring compliance with logistics conventions, and verifying sales and production plan capacity requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Experience in production in an industrial environment.
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
- Skills and competencies: Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Materials Management, Continuous Improvement, On-Time Delivery.
- This position is not now or in the future eligible for visa sponsorship of any kind.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the alignment of production line delivery with minimum stock targets and logistics costs.
- Building and following up the procurement program.
- Managing the supplier delivery performance and the logistics partners service.
- Achieving the transportation program and the transportation scheme.
