Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, and develop the plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service.
- Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization for efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
- Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues.
- Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting, sharing insights to enhance plant efficiency and profitability.
