About The Position

The Plant Manager will develop and execute strategic business objectives, operational plans, and departmental goals, while managing budgets, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement in productivity, efficiency, and profitability. This position also leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports quality-focused manufacturing processes, ensures adequate staffing and equipment, builds strong relationships with stakeholders, and supports employee development through coaching and training.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of precision machining and manufacturing application experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data systems.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support quality-focused manufacturing processes, including APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and DFM.
• Ensure departments are appropriately staffed and equipped to meet production and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and community partners.
• Support employee development through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.
