About The Position

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of a multi-shift manufacturing operation. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for all plant activities, including safety, production, maintenance, quality, financial performance, employee development, and continuous improvement. The Plant Manager is accountable for P&L performance, capital and operating budgets, regulatory compliance, and the effective management of salaried and hourly employees. This position drives operational excellence while ensuring a safe, efficient, and sustainable operation that supports the company's business objectives. Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing operation.
  • Experience with safety, production, maintenance, and quality management.
  • Financial acumen, including P&L management and budget oversight.
  • Experience in employee development and management of both salaried and hourly staff.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
