We are looking for you! Guide the operations of the unit by organizing the activity and workflow of the plant and fostering connection and alignment with other teams (Industrial / Maintenance, SIO Center, Business Developer....) Support production excellence in volume and quality. Communicating and working closely with customers to nurture strong relationships. Advance site performance through collaborative initiatives. Ensure plant reliability as a key contributor to our operational success. Coordinate and build alignment with other teams (maintenance, SIO---). Mentor and support the growth of technicians while providing helpful performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma
  • 7+ years experience with ASU's, pumps, mechanical, electrical
  • 5+ years experience in management
  • Technical and working understanding of Air Liquide's operation processes.
  • Prior work with and knowledge of Air Separation Unit
  • Ability to read and comprehend key operating documents and to troubleshoot production problems.
  • Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Must have good computer skills.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with good MVR.
  • Must have good electrical, instrumentation and mechanical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior SAP and Power BI experience
  • Prior forklift experience
  • Prior operational and production experience
