Requirements

Leadership experience in a high-volume production or mining environment
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Experience with production scheduling and meeting customer demands
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with P&L statements and operational reporting
A commitment to workplace safety and environmental excellence
Solid communication skills and comfort working across departments
Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

Lead and support mining and processing teams with confidence and clarity
Ensure safety and environmental standards are front and center
Ensure top-notch product quality and efficient production output
Monitor production metrics, inventories, and operational performance
Coordinate parts, supplies, and maintenance needs to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot plant challenges and prioritize effectively
Partner with cross-functional teams to keep operations smooth and customers happy
