Want to join the ride? Plant Manager We are looking for a Plant Manager to join our Power Plant team in Pecos, Texas.

Requirements

5-10 years’ experience in power plant operation and maintenance
Strong Leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading a team to achieve corporate objectives
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
Mature Quality and Health & Safety mindset

Responsibilities

Plan, lead and manage agreement management team, tasks, operation and maintenance activities
Ensure customer satisfaction and to reach set contractual quality, financial, cost, EHS and time targets.
Primary point of contact for Customer at site, ensuring excellent communication and coordination
Ensure that the Agreement manager is adequately and timely informed on Customer expectations, requirements, risks & opportunities.
Continuously focus on how to create value for customers business
Acting as a Wartsila Ambassador, creating team spirit with direct and indirect stakeholders to create good communication, harmony, and cooperation.
