About The Position

The Plant Manager is the senior on-site leader responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a large natural gas-powered prime power microgrid serving a customer facility. This fixed-location, single-site leadership role has end-to-end accountability for site operations, maintenance execution, safety performance, workforce leadership, and customer interface. The Plant Manager establishes operational standards and disciplined routines across shifts, ensuring the site meets uptime, availability, production, emissions, and safety targets. The Plant Manager is the primary on-site customer interface and is responsible for transparent communication, trust, and alignment on operational performance. The role also includes community engagement, such as supporting local recruiting pipelines, building vendor relationships, and representing ERock as a long-term regional partner. It is a management and leadership position; strong technical understanding and operational credibility are expected, but hands-on maintenance execution is not a primary responsibility. The role reports directly to the Prime Power Head.
