About The Position

The Plant Manager is the senior on-site leader responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a large natural gas-powered prime power microgrid serving a customer facility. This fixed-location, single-site leadership role has end-to-end accountability for site operations, maintenance execution, safety performance, workforce leadership, and the customer interface. The position reports directly to the Prime Power Head.
