About The Position

Mountain Lake Services is seeking a Plant Manager in Mineville, NY, to lead a dedicated production team and provide opportunities for people of all abilities. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a successful manufacturing business, creating meaningful work opportunities for individuals with varying abilities, and building strong customer relationships. The Plant Manager will guide day-to-day operations, set priorities, ensure production efficiency, and maintain product quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in manufacturing, production, woodworking, assembly, or a related operational environment.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
Experience coordinating production, workflow, inventory, quality, equipment, or similar operational responsibilities required.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field preferred.
Relevant experience may be a substitute for formal education.
Experience working directly with customers, vendors, sales, estimating, or business development is preferred.
Experience with woodworking equipment and manufacturing processes is strongly preferred.
