About The Position

We are looking for a Plant Manager to join our Operations Team! The Plant Manager leads all dairy plant Operations. He is also responsible for accelerating the Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement journey. He provides a clear roadmap to obtain SQCDME world-class Manufacturing performance (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delay, Mobilisation and Environment). Join a team of experienced operators and Managers who understand the principles of Operational Excellence! This is a great opportunity to come and lead the group and get us to the ‘next level’. You will be able to implement your Operations, Strategic Planning, Lean, Maintenance and Reliability and Quality Assurance skills. You will also use the latest digital technology in monitoring Operations and understanding fundamental manufacturing opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of relevant experience working in a dairy facility or similar capacity.
• Experience building and managing high functioning teams.
• A successful track record contributing to cost reduction strategies.
• A Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Operations or in a similar field.
• You deliver world-class manufacturing performance.
• You enjoy solving production challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• You lead Operational Excellence transformations.
• You are an experienced leader and coach for cross-functional teams.
