Responsibilities

Performs filling operations according to the operations plan, ensuring safe startup and shutdown, and overseeing parameters such as cylinder connection/disconnection, valve manipulation, and analysis.
Controls parameters, performs tests, and checks physical data for optimized production in quality and quantity, ensuring corrective operations when parameters are not optimized.
Acts as the first responder in emergency situations, initiating safety procedures and informing management of any safety or activity issues.
Performs primary and secondary cylinder handling operations, including managing empty cylinders, unloading trucks, sorting cylinders, checking test dates and overall cylinder condition, and positioning them in buffer zones.
Ensures operations comply with safety procedures, particularly for lock-out and confined spaces, and respects the use of protective equipment.
Ensures quality procedures for process and final product analysis are respected and takes care of the fulfillment of analytic plans.
Fills the operations book and administrative documentation, enters daily production data into the system, tracks production events, fills out and communicates incident reports, and studies Standard Operating Procedures, P&IDs, PFDs, and other technical documentation.
Participates in process improvement by identifying potential improvements from incident analysis, detecting risks, and proposing changes regarding safety or productivity.
