At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. We’re turning today’s impossible into tomorrow’s standard —from breakthrough hardware and battery systems to intuitive design, intelligent software, and next-generation safety and entertainment features. Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale. As NAETC Plant Manager, you will lead GM’s only North American in-house die build operation—transforming engineering data and design intent into world-class stamping dies, automation tooling, and digital metrology systems that enable vehicle launches. NAETC serves as the technical hub for GM’s regional Tool & Die capability and operates as part of the Global ME Body Stamping Center, in close alignment with GM’s global die build shops. You will lead a large organization of engineers and UAW-represented skilled trades, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture. This role owns full plant accountability, including labor relations, talent, financial performance, and environmental compliance. Beyond operations, you will drive the strategic evolution of stamping—advancing the vision of zero re-cuts, zero tryout, and zero downtime through simulation, digital integration, and Industry 4.0 technologies. In partnership with global teams, you will position Tool & Die as a competitive advantage through technical excellence, cost leadership, and innovation.
