About The Position

The Plant Manager will provide leadership and direction across all departments, promoting Alexandria Industries' values and servant leadership culture. This role involves developing and executing strategic business objectives, operational plans, and departmental goals. The Plant Manager will manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. They will lead continuous improvement initiatives and support quality-focused manufacturing processes, including APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and DFM. Ensuring departments are appropriately staffed and equipped to meet production and customer requirements is key, as is building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, employees, and community partners. The role also supports employee development through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of precision machining and manufacturing application experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data systems.
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
