About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role leads daily operations of the hot mix asphalt plant to meet safety, quality, and production goals. The Plant Manager will optimize plant performance through effective scheduling, process control, and equipment utilization. They will champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves managing budgets, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets, and developing, coaching, and engaging team members to build a high-performing workforce.
