This role drives operational performance by aligning strategy, people, and processes to meet business goals and customer expectations. The position plays a key role in optimizing productivity, controlling costs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Success requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to drive sustainable results across complex environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within a plant environment or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead operations, drive productivity improvements, and manage cost performance
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing operational metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in engineering, operations management, or a related discipline
  • Experience in complex or process-driven manufacturing environments
  • Certification or experience in Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems and quality management frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost performance, and growth
  • Lead safety, quality, and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance and a strong safety culture
  • Optimize production capacity, delivery performance, and overall plant productivity through data-driven decisions
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies to enhance processes and performance
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through talent development, engagement, and succession planning
