Bachelor’s degree in a related field and or a combination of relevant education and experience equivalent
7+ years of experience in manufacturing

Responsibilities

Managing, directing, and coordinating all plant operations.
Assuring production objectives are met within cost and quality standards through subordinate supervisors and managers.
Assuring that organizational production objectives are met.
Controlling quality cost, warehousing, receiving, shipping and manufacturing throughout the plant.
Overseeing the maintenance of all plant buildings and equipment including security and protection.
Participating in plant organizational and operational planning consistent with the overall organizational objectives.
Reviewing and approving actions regarding pay, people, and costs.
Controlling product quality from a manufacturing standpoint.
Maintaining and supporting prescribed programs of employee relations, health and safety, training and development, compensation and benefits for all employees in the plant.
Staying abreast of developments and trends in manufacturing for application in plant, recommending changes in policies and procedures as appropriate.
Performing all other duties as assigned.
