About The Position

Redi Services, LLC is seeking Plant Maintenance Technicians with industrial experience for operations in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Technicians perform plant maintenance work, including bolt-up, rigging, and changing out pipe spools ranging from 2 to 48 inches. The role requires adherence to safety practices, teamwork, and the ability to work at heights and lift 50 pounds or more. Welding experience is a plus. Candidates must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

The schedule is four days per week, with 10-hour shifts. Hourly pay will be discussed during the interview process. Benefits begin on the first day of the month after 60 days of eligible employment.

Requirements

• Industrial experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Knowledge of bolt-up.
• Ability to work in a team-focused environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Must be willing and able to pass initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience.
• Rigging experience and experience working around mobile cranes.
