About The Position

In the role of a Plant Maintenance Mechanic (machine repair) working in Wheat Ridge, CO, you will perform mechanical duties such as set up, adjustments, troubleshooting, p.m. inspections, overhaul and make equipment improvements when necessary to the bottle forming equipment. This role performs all work in a safe manner while always demonstrating proper use of safety equipment. This position reports to the Sr Process Leader – Glass.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Industrial journeyman level - on the job experience in heavy industrial mechanic field and/or minimum two years in the forming department.

Nice To Haves

Technical School experience preferred.
Bottle forming machine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical duties such as set up, adjustments, troubleshooting, p.m. inspections/repairs, and overhaul equipment – on bottle forming machine(s).
Make equipment improvements when necessary to the bottle forming machine(s).
Perform all work in a safe manner while demonstrating proper use of safety equipment at all times.
Insure that and provide maintenance as required to bottle forming machine(s) and supporting equipment.
