About The Position

Summer intern position to work with Maintenance Department, work on welding skills and handle outdoor ground keeping duties.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be able to perform welding skills.
• Must be able to handle outdoor ground keeping duties.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, twist, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally sit.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in seasonal warm/cool temperatures.
