The Plant IV Final Finish Setup Tech will set up and adjust Final Finish equipment, detect and correct equipment issues using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic knowledge, and ensure all setups and adjustments follow company standards. This role involves observing and adjusting machinery for continuous operations, supervising the first tire run after setup, and reacting quickly to equipment downtime. The position is also responsible for correct labor time entry and recording, performing assigned work for machine efficiency and quality, and following standard practices and instructions with accuracy. Additionally, the role requires ensuring all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
