About The Position

The Final Finish Cleaning team is responsible for performing detailed cleaning, touch-ups, and finishing tasks to ensure that each unit meets quality and aesthetic standards. This includes removing debris, fixing imperfections, applying caulk, and touching up paint as needed. Employees are expected to work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively to maintain production quality. You are a vital part of daily operations; consequently, it is your responsibility to be at your workstation at the time you are scheduled to start work.

Requirements

Ability to touch up paint, apply caulk, and repair minor imperfections.
Ability to accurately inspect and assess quality issues.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Effectively communicate with fellow employees.

Nice To Haves

Background in cleaning, detailing, or finishing work.
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed cleaning of units, including removing dust, debris, and other contaminants.
Touch up paint, caulk, and correct imperfections on various surfaces.
Inspect finished units for quality issues and report discrepancies.
Use hand tools, cleaning equipment, and other finishing tools safely and effectively.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Arrive on time and be at the assigned workstation at the start of the shift.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines; always be safety conscious.
Work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
Able to work safely in a team environment while maintaining high-quality output.
Complete additional tasks or projects assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Participate in cross-training in related production tasks to ensure adequate coverage, support workflow demands and enhance overall team flexibility.
