The Plant IV Curing Ice Cleaner Setup Tech II will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a robotic dry ice cleaning machine, working either independently or as part of a team. This role is accountable for product safety and the quality of work, adhering to the Company’s Quality Policy. The position requires the ability to follow instructions, operate ice machines, and possess good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination are essential for operating cleaning machines and handling parts. The technician will inspect parts after blasting to ensure cleanliness, re-blasting if necessary, and will also be responsible for detecting defective parts and operating Tire Presses. Maintaining a safe and clean workspace before and after each shift, following established safety rules and regulations, and ensuring all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored are key aspects of this role.
