About The Position

FORVIA is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its Clean Mobility Division manufacturing facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The role implements Group HR policies and tools and supports facility management on human resources matters. The position works with the Plant Manager and supports staffing, employee development, payroll and administration, workplace conditions, industrial relations, and reporting to the Division. It also implements Group HR processes at the site, including Employee Empowerment as part of the Faurecia Excellence System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR function within an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of employment law.
• Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems.
• International mindset.
• Results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency at minimum; English is required.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to follow Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Manager in managing HR issues in line with business objectives.
• Implement site-level strategies for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, and career management.
• Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
• Ensure working conditions comply with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
• Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
• Implement Group HR policies and processes at the site, including Employee Empowerment, part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
• Report relevant HR information to the Division.
