About The Position

Joshua Tree Experts is seeking a high-level, cross-trained field expert to take ownership of the West Houston territory. This role requires a licensed professional with technical mastery in Plant Health Care (PHC), Lawn Care, and Pest Control, combined with consultative sales skills to close new business directly from the field. The technician will be the ultimate authority on client properties, driving flawless execution and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Valid Texas Commercial Applicator License / Technical License.
• Deep, proven working knowledge across Plant Health Care (PHC), Lawn Care, and Pest Control, including science, products, and application methods.
• Relentless organization and self-motivation.
• Proven ability to sell, including speaking with affluent homeowners, identifying problems, pitching solutions, and expanding contracts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical capability to handle heavy demands in the Texas heat.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat ornamental tree issues, execute turf management applications, and deploy structural pest control solutions.
• Execute comprehensive, high-level Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies across all three service lines.
• Manage a complex daily route with efficiency, maintaining product preparation, compliance tracking, and client communication.
• Identify secondary issues on properties, educate clients, and upsell solutions on the spot.
