About The Position
Serves as the Lead Finance Partner for the plant, responsible for all financial management, reporting, compliance, planning, forecasting, cost performance activities, and cost savings initiatives. Reporting to the Complex Controller, this role provides strategic financial leadership to plant management, oversees the analyst organization, ensures compliance with corporate and SOX requirements, and drives initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance; or related
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience
- Knowledge of all phases of financial and cost accounting
- Must be able to manage change in a manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- MBA or equivalent
- 6 years of experience in manufacturing finance
- Proficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
- Prior supervision experience
- Capability to quickly adapt to changes in the business and labor environment
