This is a full-time position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, maintaining, and modifying production and facility equipment. The role requires the ability to work on Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and PLCs/microprocessor control systems. The associate must be able to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively at all levels. Safe work habits, including climbing ladders up to 25 feet and working on rooftops, are essential. The position also involves troubleshooting plumbing issues and operating forklifts and scissor lifts. The employee will regularly talk, sit, walk, stand, and hear, and may need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities are required, and the employee may be exposed to heat, flame, chemicals, and noises. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with potential requirements for weekends, overtime, and on-call duties.
