The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Plant Engineering Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead and manage Plant Engineering, Utilities, and Facilities functions to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and uninterrupted operations. Drive continuous improvement projects, investigate alternative technologies, and introduce best practices to enhance plant performance. Manage capital and expense budgets, resources, and workforce planning, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of production and utility equipment to support production targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, HSE, Materials, Warehousing, and Lean/CI teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Provide technical expertise, guidance, and training to subordinates on critical Plant Engineering KPIs and practices. Implementing and ensuring use of a Reliability Framework and Asset Management System to drive continual improvements Manage contracts and vendor relationships associated with plant engineering and maintenance services. Manage capital funds execution and budget for the site. Develop self and others at multiple levels of the organization, continually improving and striving for excellence through supervision, recognition, policy and regulatory/safety/legal compliance.
