Requirements

Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, electronic, PLC, industrial machinery)
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical prints
Excellent communication skills
Positive teamwork mindset
Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of industrial electrical experience (or equivalent hands‑on experience)

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Electrical Maintenance or Electrical Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and PLC‑based systems
Support Pregis packaging lines, networks, and connected hardware
Use testing equipment, wiring diagrams, and software tools (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, IndraWorks, Exor)
Install and maintain electrical wiring and equipment to NEC and company standards
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
Escalate complex issues to technical support when needed
Assist with equipment installation and commissioning
Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and training records
Follow all safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures
Maintain parts inventory when required
Work overtime or weekends as business needs demand
