About The Position

This role is for an experienced electrician who can prevent downtime by solving control and power challenges. The successful candidate will maintain and repair plant electrical infrastructure, execute machine safety inspections, troubleshoot VFDs and PLCs, service servo motors, and work with Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens environments. The role also involves collaborating with maintenance peers to improve equipment reliability, documenting work performed, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a maintenance electrician (or similar industrial electrical role).
  • Solid command of electrical systems at 120/208/240/480 VAC.
  • Background performing compliance‑driven machine safety checks.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with VFD and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
  • Experience with servo motor maintenance and related technologies.
  • Exposure to Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens machinery and controls.
  • Strong diagnostic ability, detail orientation, and clear communication skills.
  • Team‑first approach and collaborative working style.

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical maintenance certifications or licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair plant electrical infrastructure spanning 120/208/240/480 VAC.
  • Execute machine safety inspections and verify adherence to safety requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues in VFDs and PLCs to restore optimal operation.
  • Service, align, and repair servo motors for precise motion control.
  • Operate confidently within Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens environments.
  • Work closely with maintenance peers to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Create complete, accurate records of work performed—repairs, inspections, and configurations.
  • Support continuous improvement projects that streamline processes and boost efficiency.
