Plant Director
About The Position
As a Plant Director within Honeywell Building Automation, you will lead one of the organization's largest and most strategic manufacturing operations. Based in Northford, Connecticut, you will have overall responsibility for a flagship site that manufactures and distributes critical fire, life safety, and building management solutions serving customers around the world. This role requires an exceptional operational leader capable of driving world-class manufacturing performance while leading large-scale transformation initiatives across operations, quality, supply chain, safety, and continuous improvement. You will lead a sizable team through multiple levels of leadership and partner across functions to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will combine strong manufacturing leadership experience with a passion for people development, culture transformation, and driving measurable business results in a complex, high-volume production environment.
