About The Position

Phoenix Tailings is seeking an experienced plant and operations leader to become the future Plant Director of its Rochester Freedom Facility, a commercial-scale rare earth separation operation designed to produce thousands of tons of separated rare earth oxides annually. The facility is being developed to expand U.S. capacity to process and separate rare earth materials and support domestic supply chains and industries that depend on these materials. Phoenix Tailings is building toward operations in 2027 and 2028, and this posting is intended to connect with potential future candidates as facility plans and hiring needs evolve.
