About The Position

The Plant Director ensures the facility, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that the property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. The position is at Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown, a 112-bed facility providing short-term rehabilitative and long-term care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.
• One to two years of management or supervisory experience.
