About The Position

This role is responsible for the overall financial cost structure, security and control of plant assets, and financial statement and balance sheet integrity and accuracy. The Plant Controller will also oversee capital planning, SOX, internal controls, and the development and training of the Finance team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of technical and leadership skills. Additionally, the role is responsible for Losses deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree
• Minimum 10 years of core finance or accounting experience
• Extensive understanding of technical manufacturing finance principles
• Business acumen (understands the operational segment of the business)

Nice To Haves

• MBA or equivalent
• 6 years of experience in manufacturing finance
• Proficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
• Prior supervision experience
• Capability to quickly adapt to changes in the business and labor environment
