Plant Controller
About The Position
We are looking for a talented Plant Controller to join our team at Atmus Filtration Technologies. As the main Finance Point of contact for the Plants, you will help lead financial control and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely preparation, recording, transmissions, analysis, and communication of data necessary to control operations and achieve objectives for all plants under your direct supervision. Provide analysis, counsel, advice, and recommendations to help plant management make business decisions to reduce costs, improve profits and return on investment and to achieve goals and plans. Ensure the integrity of the financial information generated at the plant. Implement consistency and process improvements and spread financial knowledge to other members of the sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial control and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely preparation, recording, transmissions, analysis, and communication of data necessary to control operations and achieve objectives for all plants under your direct supervision
