About The Position

Key leadership role with direct impact on plant performance and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in cost accounting strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
• Experience supporting or leading system implementations or integrations is highly desirable
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational support
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a manufacturing environment
• Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and drive solutions
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to move between office and production areas as needed

Nice To Haves

• MBA or CPA is a plus
• Experience in cost accounting strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
• Experience supporting or leading system implementations or integrations is highly desirable
