About The Position

You’ll work closely with plant and business leadership to translate operational performance into clear financial insights and help drive smarter decision-making across the business. These roles are on-site and typically located at one of our manufacturing facilities or corporate locations. Candidates should be open to relocation or currently reside near potential future locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and operational finance.
• Ability to partner with operations and influence decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management, reporting, and control environment for a plant or business unit.
• Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate, timely financial statements.
• Partner with operations to analyze performance, identify cost drivers, and improve profitability.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and production-related financial analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and decision-support efforts.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Manage cash, working capital, and key financial processes.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, influencing business decisions and driving results.
