About The Position

This is a key leadership role with direct impact on plant performance and profitability. The Plant Controller will have the opportunity to partner closely with operations and influence business decisions. This role offers exposure to end-to-end manufacturing finance operations and involvement in strategic planning, system improvements, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in cost accounting strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational support
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a manufacturing environment
• Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and drive solutions
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to move between office and production areas as needed

Nice To Haves

• MBA or CPA is a plus
• Experience supporting or leading system implementations or integrations is highly desirable
